Shipping rates

We charge a flat rate of £7.50 for all orders under £125. Delivery is free for orders over £125.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving payment.
During busy times orders may take longer to dispatch.
We will notify you by email if this happens.

Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an email confirming that your order is on it's way.

Most orders will be sent by DHL, DPD or UPS. Orders under £75 may be sent by Royal Mail

Returns Procedures & Refunds
All items have a 7 day money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied.
If you need to return an item, you must first notify us by email within 7 days of delivery to obtain a returns number and instructions for return. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item. We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase. You are advised to send returned items by recorded delivery. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
